The Back of the Book Bio:

Krystina Renae Rankin is an author who writes about love, friendship, and what it looks like to walk with God daily. She is also passionate about Christian friendship, community, and diversity of all kinds. She is an optician by trade and honestly couldn’t tell you how many pairs of glasses she owns. When she is not writing or working her day job, you can probably find her reading, watching a baseball game, watching her latest TV obsession, or eating at a local restaurant or food truck. 

Her debut novel, Worthy of Redemption released October 5, 2021. 

Quick Facts
  • I consider myself equal parts Kansan and Oklahoman. I was born and raised in Topeka, Kansas but went to college in Oklahoma and decided to move back to Oklahoma City; I can't decide which one is more "home", so I claim them both. 
  • I have 2 nieces that I adore. Being an aunt is one of my favorite things. 
  • I think Christian friendship is one of the most important, yet most undervalued, gifts that God has given us. 
  • I am mercy hearted to the extreme. Whether it is sorrow and pain or joy and celebration, I feel it all deeply.
  • I am passionate about diversity and accessibility, especially in the church. 
  • I am an optician, and I probably can’t tell you how many pairs of glasses I own. 
  • I am an avid sports fan, especially baseball and Thunder basketball. 
  • A cold can of Cherry Coke (no glass, no ice) and Cheez-Its are the best snack combination ever.
  • I love supporting local businesses, especially food places.
  • My family is the best. Despite the distance, we are freakishly close.
  • I have never met chips and dip that I didn't like.
